Meet the Fleet

Day 147, 1/25/15

Now that they are all back to operational, it's time to reintroduce you to the members of our team.

Built in January '85, this League model Fuji was presumably made in Singapore.  Ichiro, Japanese for "first son", has an aftermarket saddle and rims.  Procured in Spring 2010 in Fort Wayne, IN, he has moved with me to Nashville, Muncie, and Indianapolis.
Favorite rides: Hilly Hundred and White River Greenway.

This 2009 Tommaso Augusta Track bike was a graduation present to myself in May 2013.  Research indicates these cycles are designed in Italy and made in Colorado.  These are fairly inexpensive 'bikesdirect' type of ride, but riding fixed has been a fun and new experience.  Tom has aftermarket bullhorn bars, Brooks saddle, and deep V rims.  He has been referred to as "sexy."
Favorite rides: Monon Trail to Broadripple and navigating downtown traffic.

This 2014 Specialized Rockhopper 29er has everything I was looking for in a MTB.  Hard tail, disc brakes, and 29 inch rims.  The flat black finish hides even the Specialized markings.  Bruce was bought in late May 2014 and has an affinity for vigilante justice.  His only aftermarket addition is a rear rack compatible with disc brakes.
Favorite rides: anything in the snow and Brown County trails.

Information on the Bianchi has proven difficult to locate.  The seller stated it was a 2002 produced in Italy, I found a 2001 to be the best match.  This TIG welded, double butted frame is rounded out with a carbon form and Campagnolo Veloce components.  Originally sold for $1,500.  The only after market addition is a Rolls saddle.
Favorite Rides: Fast

Today was a post-midnight apartment ride.  Which means I did not ride today.  It was raining, and additional excuses.  Best to ride in the morning on the weekends.
